you know those vacant lots and small patches of dirt next to trainlines? wouldn't it be cool if they were planted with indigenous plants? but that would take too long. so, someone come up with the idea of using seed balls to vegetate such areas.

you just walk past casually, chuck a few of them onto the ground and keep walking. just make sure they are actually indigenous species and such.

These costs DO NOT include the price of actually buying the tshirts.



#1:

We can get tshirts printed with a design for around $130-140 - $70 setup fee, and then $3-4 for each tshirt. There will be a minimum of 20-25 tshirts.



#2:

			<description>that right they are &quot;looking&quot; into building another desal plant because the recycle water that is produced at werribe recycling plant is to salty so the crops are dying hence the need less salty water. So they want to build a desal plant to filter the recycled water. Is this government so incompident that is cant recycle the water proparley so that is has to build yet another desal plant???

I read in the age today that a state government think tanks has propaosed a ultra eco suburbat the E-gate (rail yard). Its not aprooved yet as we know the government is not big on thinking but their is an exhibition at  Shed 4 North warf Road, victoria Harbour docklands from thursday till saturday.

So I contacted cinema nova about having a fundraising screening for VISEN on the 22nd January however they informed me that they don't take bookings during january because it is such a busy time of year for them. Shall we postpone until february instead?



Also for those who weren't at the meeting, the idea was to sell cinema nova tickets (group ones cost $13 each) for $20 per ticket as a fundraiser for VISEN. We were also thinking of potentially having snacks before hand or afterwards  ...</description>

			<description>Friends of the Earth is organising a National 'step up on climate change' series of coordinated actions.  Plans are to blockade MP's offices with sandbags to prevent them from rising sea levels.



The are four Melbourne protest actions in the seats of Wills (Brunswick/Coburg), Melbourne, Batman (where we were last time) and Gellibrand (Footscray and West).



Each action will start at 10 am on Tuesday 16th Dec. Everything is open and public with organising.
