I know, how horribly boring...
But there are two important rules in this forum.
1. NEVER make the debates personal. No swearing please. This is an open space, everyone is welcome, and everyones ideas are allowed, even when not agreed with.
2. THINK very carefully before you put your address or phone number on this forum. There is no screening process to join, so absolutely anybody will have access to it. It's not forbidden, but be aware of what you're doing.
If you think of any others let me know, and I can put them up,
