Walk Against Warming

Hey Guys!
THe Walk Against Warming is on the 15th of November this year, meeting at Fed Square, at 1pm. From there we're walking to Parliament House.

Would be great if we could get some VISEN people there, maybe meeting up before hand? Is anyone else planning to go...we could carry a banner!!?

we could just meet outside the state library at 12.30 or so

yeah we should meet up before-hand and march as a group i reckon, get plenty of people along
we could spam people about it, i'd imagine that could work

Is it too late to get a stall-type thing for VISEN at the end of the walk??

I have no idea how you'd go about trying...

I think we were gonna try and walk around with petitions (Chris and James were printing some off, and everyone was bringing clipboards). If you know who to call Alix, that would be great. You're coming yeah? otherwise is there a way for me to pick up the banner?

Also, we are all wearing green, and meeting at the state library at 12:30...hope to see everybody there! bring mobiles in case we get lost or you're late!

We are meeting at 12:30 at the state library. We are wearing green, bringing petitions, clipboards, pens etc. We are also on the look out for green paint...for our faces.

i think chris sent the text reminder on the wrong day, he sent it on thursday and it said the walk was today S:
i was rather confused for a moment.
i've managed to muster up about two people from my school to come, everyone else is far too lazy.
it's not even that far to walk *sigh*

That sucks...funnily I didn't even notice...

Um, I think that if there's pressing things to talk about (of which there is one) then we'll bring it up between 12:30 and 1, and just let people leave when they want. Officially our next meetin is next weekend...I thought we could have it on the way up to cement creek...
