that right they are "looking" into building another desal plant because the recycle water that is produced at werribe recycling plant is to salty so the crops are dying hence the need less salty water. So they want to build a desal plant to filter the recycled water. Is this government so incompident that is cant recycle the water proparley so that is has to build yet another desal plant???

soon every househoold in melbourne is going to have one, yet better a pocket sized version so i can filter yourown salt water.
